# 704   1930 Dodge 21'6"  Split Cockpit Runabout
This is a model of the exact boat that was built in 1930 by the Dodge Boat and Plane factory in Newport News, Virginia. All planking on the boat was done with select African mahogany and fastenings were of bronze and brass. The struts and rudders were cast of manganese bronze and were used with shafts made of Monel metal. Solid nickel silver was the choice for all the deck fittings, as well as the famous Sea-Nymph bow ornament. This award winning model is now available as an all wood, laser cut kit, with custom machined and cast metal deck hardware made with the highest level of detail. Also included is a complete set of vinyl cut graphics in gold leaf along with waterline and chrome trim tapes. All kits will have M.A.C.K. Products Precision Running Hardware included, allowing the modeler to complete the model for static display, or with the addition of the M.A.C.K. Power Package, make it ready for radio control. A 50 page construction manual with numerous photos and CAD assembly drawings walk you through the building process. And, yes, it does include that famous, though scaled-down, Sea-Nymph. With the introduction of the Dodge Boat Kit, M.A.C.K. also introduces its affiliation with the Antique Boat Museum of Clayton, NY. This and other boat kits presented under their trademarked logo are replicas of actual boats which reside at the Museum.
